Rosa L. Shearer (Scottish, 1861-1948), Still life of flowers in a glass vase, oil on canvas, signed lower left, and dated 1937, 16 x 22 inches (unframed).
The family lived in Stirling and Rosa and her bother James Elliot (1858 - 1940) became successful artists.
