When are you open?
Our store opening hours at present are:
Monday CLOSED
Tuesday 10:30 am to 4:30 pm
Wednesday 10:30 am to 4:30 pm
Thursday 10:30 am to 4:30 pm
Friday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday 10:30 am to 5:30 pm
Sunday CLOSED

All our items are original and unique at very affordable prices.
How is my order shipped?
Orders are shipped Tuesday through Saturday, excluding UK high days and public holidays. Any orders placed on Sunday or Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
How long does it take for my order to reach me?
Orders are dispatched within one working days after payment confirmation. Typically, UK and EU orders take between 24-72 hours after dispatch.
Which countries do you ship to?
From our website, we ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and EU only. For any other destinations, please use the 'Sales Enquiry' form on the product page.
How do I track my orders?
You will receive an email, together with a tracking number (if available), notifying you that your order has been shipped.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Our "no questions asked" cancellation policy allows you to cancel your order before the order has been shipped; or within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Refunds do not cover any carriage costs incurred.
Returns address
Products should be returned to Hayles, 65a Sheen Lane, East Sheen, London SW14 8AD. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
