Lovely vintage Herbert Terry & Sons Anglepoise 90 lamp in fern green. The model 90 lamp replaced the original 1227 version, designed by George Carwardine in 1968. Carwardine wanted to design a light that could balance and direct light to any position. The Anglepoise was born and instantly became a Midcentury design classic. This piece is in good condition - the light holds its position well and there are some small marks to the paint commensurate with use and age (as shown).
