Attributed to Stephen Spicer (British, 1943), abstract (ca. 1977/78), oil on board. Spicer graduated from The Royal College of Art in 1965 and was tutored by Mary Fedden, the first woman tutor in the Painting School.
Spicer has exhibited throughout the UK and in The Royal Academy's 1994 and 1999 Summer Exhibitions. framed 33" x 36"
