Alfred Rozelaar-Green, RWA (British 1917-2013), Bay of Beaulieu, signed 'A Rozelaar Green 97' (lower left), pastel, framed, 29cm x 19cm
Rozelaar-Green was the founder of the Anglo-French Art Centre in St. John's Wood where he invited artists to exhibit and teach. These included Fernand Léger, Robert Couturier, Antoni Clavé, Francis Bacon, Henry Moore, amongst many other known artists of the time.
