Rare variant of Alvar Aalto's classic E60 stool a collaboration between Artek and American-based company Pascoe. During the war period, Artek opened factories in neutral Sweden where supplies were still available.

What they produced were slight variations on the classic: slimmer legs and a shaped wooden top veneered with birch.

It is said that Pascoe imported this variation for the US market, making it a rarer and more sought-after variation of the design.
