Boris Petrovich Baev (b.1939 ) Lilac blossoms on a carpet, oil on canvas, signed and dated 90 lower left, framed.
With rapid, dynamic brushstrokes, avoiding excessive detailing Baev conveys a sense of infinity, space and movement. His paintings were exhibited many times in Moscow and are in collections in Russia and abroad.
