Victorian mantel clock in black slate and green-veined marble which dates from around 1860. The Lovely enamelled dial with Roman numerals and a French high quality "Pendules de Paris" eight-day movement of the latter part of the 19th century, bell strikes a lovely tone on the hour and half hour. The pendulum is the original and is stamped with a number that corresponds to the movement.
