Handmade ceramic yellow glazed pottery jug or pitcher from the Lot region of France. This classic shape was originally designed to hold olive oil. It measures 10" or 25cm high (not including the carrying handle) and 6" or 15cm in diameter (not including the pouring handle or spout). It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. It is a highly decorative piece with a lovely patina to the glaze.
