Antique hand carved sandstone female divinity figure from the Kymer Empire standing clad in a pleated sampot secured at the waist. The accompanying certificate describes it to be in the Angkor Wat style and dates it to the 12th century. The figure is in excellent condition and stands 31" high and is mounted on a black laminated wooden plinth. A highly striking and decorative piece.
